Item Condition

All items must be returned in unused, unworn, original condition with tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original condition with packaging and tags. We will not accept items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.

Return Eligibility

Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns.

Return and Refund request will only be accepted at the convenience of the customers if he/she creates a request within 5 days of the delivery and provides us with the unboxing video. Requests made after 5 days will not be eligible for Refund/Return/Exchange.

We offer a pick-up facility in select locations based on our courier serviceability. We will pick up the return within 3–5 business days from the request approval date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of approval of the return request.

Refunds

Post receipt of the return package, it will undergo a quality inspection, and we will issue a refund within 7 days if it passes our inspection process.
